I ordered a 9" pepperoni pizza (no complaints from my autistic brother, came back with an empty plate!) 9" Meat Feast Pizza, looked lovely no complaints from my dad. Garlic mushrooms were lush!! Popcorn chicken was nicer than KFC. And the chips were lovely with a paprika syle seasoning!! And 14" Cheese&Onion Garlic Bread is absolute heaven!!! Cheesy Garlic bread with red onion, yes please.. delivery time was good too and it all came piping hot so win win all round, will be ordering again next week, looking forward to trying other things off the menu.”

“Just wanted to say that the delivery man who always brings us our food, ALWAYS makes the effort to come up the stairs to us, despite letting him know that we would come downstairs to collect our food due to being aware of his knee being in pain. He is always so friendly and welcoming. As we only order food from here now and again we always forget that it is him who will be bringing the food up. “I really can’t understand the general negativity of so many reviews on here, I must say I’ve had a great experience with Rapid. I arrived in Manchester without my baggage as it got left behind on my stopover. I had to leave Manchester again the next day so I really needed my suitcase returned to me first thing in the morning. Spoke to two Rapid employees on the phone who were being extremely helpful and tried their absolute best to accommodate my urgent request. The driver was very friendly as well and arrived the next day even earlier than expected. It’s fair enough that people are frustrated when their baggage is delayed, but they need to understand that it’s usually the airlines and the airports that are at fault for the inconvenience - not couriers like Rapid.”
