I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. Danny was kind , warm so so welcoming & answered every question I had promptly & efficiently. “My wife and I took our girls to celebrate booking a holiday in the U.S. The food was great. "Nicely American" for want of a better phrase. Tasty and reasonable price. The place was very busy (and so quite noisy, hence only 4 out of 5 for the atmosphere). But the team were on top of it with not long to wait for food. Great job. Our 'server', Savannah, was brilliant. So friendly, helpful and polite. Very attentive without smothering us. I noticed every time she passed our table she had a quick look to see if drinks needed refreshing, where we were at with food, etc. She (like the rest of the staff) were working really hard. Really enjoyed it and great food with great service made me want to go back again soon. Thanks!”

Thanks to their prompt and professional service, I was able to report back to the police within the deadline. I really appreciated their honesty, speed, and expertise — they saved me a lot of stress.
