“We've been using S. for 3 years now. It's easy to book in and they accommodate clients even at short notice. The 2 ladies know their client dogs and I feel completely confident in their care and maintenance. The prices are reasonable. Best of all our dog loves going and gets excited as we draw near to the shop. An excellent and quality service.”

“It was very easy to make the appointment, had a choice to wait or leave the car while MOT/service was being performed; availability of hot drink and biscuit while waiting, friendly personnel, clear knowledge and understanding of services offering; opportunity to have any required work done immediately avoiding the need to comeback for the job to be done; video o service done provided before payment; reasonable waiting time. “Went to see Barbie with some friends. The seats were very comfy, lots of room. The popcorn was really fresh and the hotdogs were okay. The movie watching area was cool instead of freezing (great stuff!) and it was super clean! Staff were courteous and nice”

We come quite often to have lunch and I normally opt for one of their amazing pies and my other half loves their Lasagna. Staff are very friendly and welcoming aswell would definitely recommend to others”

“Well this was my first experience here, it was recommended by a friend to take my children and experience delicious grilled food. I have the most pickiest of children that you can image but boy did the food here amaze them and have them licking their fingers! The service was second to none, the staff was warm and friendly and really made the kids feel welcome and safe. The starters, right through to the mains were beautifully presented and full of flavour, moist and juicy to the very last bite. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to sit down with friends and family and enjoy a meal that will leave an impression. Definitely worth the drive up north! I think this will be a firm family staple.”

“Stayed for a night for a conference in Manchester but didn't want the hustle and bustle.of Manchester city centre. We were greeted by a great guy named Ste in reception who was so welcoming and made us laugh. We ate in the bar and had a couple of drinks, nothing was too much for Ste, he even popped into the kitchen to find me some orange slices for my Blue Moon beer! Fantastic service. Would stay again. More hotels need a Ste too!”

When adding music and disco lights what was there not to like! Fab evening and would certainly recommend him!”

“Nice space, very generous helpings and a sugar rush that will smack you in the face with awesome. The staff are friendly and there's even a place where you can get some water for free because the sugar is getting a bit too much. “The staff are fantastic at this hotel. I stayed with my dog and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of noise from some of the other rooms but nothing too bad. Mainly young people enjoying themselves so it quietened down after a minute or so.”

A week later.... I brought in our autistic son, J tonight for his first barber haircut. He absolutely LOVED it. From the moment we arrived, the music was turned down without asking (most places don't even ask, and when you do, businesses can be a bit off about the request.) Tyler was so understanding about J's needs, he even pointed out to me how he would not like a total restyle as it may be too much change. Such care was taken to make sure that J felt ok during his experience and wow he looked so smart! On leaving J said to me "I feel great and I don't have to worry about going to a barber's every again, especially that one!" High praise indeed! Many thanks to Tyler and the whole team.”
