Sadly the cost to replace the part for our dishwasher (£300+) meant it wasn't worth doing the repair as the machine was around 10 years old. Colin recommended it would be better value to buy a new one. Although he visited us, and called us later to give us the quote he waived the site visit fee which I thought was extremely kind and decent - considering we weren't going to use their service. Superb company, and one I'd have no hesitation to recommend.”
