“As a family tradition we go out for breakfast on the morning of a holiday. We tried this cafe as the reviews were very positive and my wife had heard about it through a work colleague. The staff were very welcoming. There were a few regulars in who made the place seem very community focussed, more friends than customers. The food was really good freshly prepped after we ordered. When I mentioned where we going on holiday the lady who served us explained she was from that same area originally and advised us of things to look out for. Can't fault it. We will visit again definitely.”

The food and service were excellent; the paneer cocktail was something I had never had before, the naans were incredibly fluffy, and the cobra was delicious. The total cost came to about £28 per person. I'm happy to confirm that Marple Spice remains fantastic. The staff was so kind and we will definitely be returning.”

“Went to see Barbie with some friends. The seats were very comfy, lots of room. The popcorn was really fresh and the hotdogs were okay. The movie watching area was cool instead of freezing (great stuff!) and it was super clean! Staff were courteous and nice”

“All our family went for a Christmas meal on Saturday evening and then onto the Stockport Plaza to see the pantomime. Zizzi had a Christmas menu that was £30 per person for 3 courses. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very good. We had fantastic service and very friendly staff. We had a lovely evening and would highly recommend Zizzi for a family meal out.”

“Well this was my first experience here, it was recommended by a friend to take my children and experience delicious grilled food. I have the most pickiest of children that you can image but boy did the food here amaze them and have them licking their fingers! The service was second to none, the staff was warm and friendly and really made the kids feel welcome and safe. The starters, right through to the mains were beautifully presented and full of flavour, moist and juicy to the very last bite. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to sit down with friends and family and enjoy a meal that will leave an impression. Definitely worth the drive up north! I think this will be a firm family staple.”

“Just received an Uber eats delivery! First time trying and wow, honestly stunned as to how fresh, tasty, authentic and delicious this whole meal was. I rarely order Chinese any more as it’s so hit and miss. But the salt and pepper ribs (without batter) were just unreal, meat falling off the bone, super tasty sautéed veg, you can tell they’ve put a lot of love into every dish here and as a fellow chef I really appreciate it! Feels worth the spend, ten fold when the quality is this high. Sweet and sour chicken was just 10/10, really lean crispy chicken pieces, thick high quality sauce, salt and pepper chips, again really tasty, spicy and fresh. Everything perfectly seasoned too! Thank you! You now have a return customer if it continues this way :)”

“Now this place is a real hidden gem! Me and the better half stumbled upon this place after looking for a different food place and I'm so glad we found it! We ordered the steak in a ciabatta with skin on fries. The steak was cooked to perfection along with a good amount of fried onions. The house sauce was amazing too! “Our second visit and again, an absolutely fantastic evening! Superb food, all 3 courses were fantastic just like last time. The house red is brilliant too! The pasta and pizza were great and the ricotta cheesecake was to die for! So so good! Outdoor dinning was lovely in the courtyard. Already looking forward to going back again soon! “Great food. What can I say. Only had the ribs this time with the Bonochi Garlic Bread and it was fantastic. Definitely be back on Mother's Day. “Would highly recommend for its sublime food and friendly staff. Service certainly isn’t ‘fast food’ (possibly still learning the ropes..!) but very pleasant atmosphere to enjoy time between courses. We (table of 4) sat at 7pm Saturday night, and had the bill at 8:45pm and enjoyed 2 delicious courses each. BYOB executed well, with glasses and corkscrew provided on arrival. Food very reasonably priced for what you get. Thanks guys, awesome meal!”

“We had a lovely stay at the Garden Apartment a few weeks ago. It is beautifully furnished, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Especially the beds. Having driven up from London with elderly parents it was just what we needed. The owners had very kindly stocked up the fridge and freezer which came in very handy for breakfast next morning. And was truly appreciated. As was the Netflix and music streaming on Alexa. We also noticed plenty of board games and dvds for families with younger children. Would definitely recommend .”

“Went here for my sister’s 30th for Sunday lunch with my family. The food was incredible and the gravy was so shiny and delicious and there was loads of it! A true northern restaurant. My grandpa also has dementia and we requested that the food was served quickly. They were very accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and try the small plates.”

“The food was great, Borek for starters very nice and the POLLO REINA for main. The chicken was so tender with a smokey grilled taste under the creamy garlic white wine sauce. Even the peppers within the sauce were so tasty. My partner and I were so extremely blessed that they let us have the top floor to ourselves, which really made our night.
