“Yesterday I was walking with my baby and really needed somewhere to stop, feed and change my baby, and just to re charge as it was a stressful morning. “What a fantastic trip to Cineworld! I went to see Predator: Badlands and absolutely loved it – action-packed, gripping, and one of the best in the series! But the real highlight was the wonderful staff member Chloe who looked after me. She greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile and a truly professional yet heartwarming welcome that made us feel so valued from the start. When she noticed I needed a bit of extra help to sit comfortably, she quietly and kindly sorted out a stool for me without any fuss – such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience perfect. Chloe is an absolute gem and a real credit to Cineworld. The film was brilliant, but her kindness made the day even more special. Thank you, Chloe – I’ll definitely be back soon! ❤️”

“It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. The Wonderful caring loving special Dentist I see is Zainab Ali. I had to have an extraction a bit ago, it was a wisdom tooth that needed going . I have gum problems because of my prescription medication for epilepsy, that tooth made my breath smell more intensely worse, the only person I felt safe with to extract this was the superb. Zainab Ali who always seems To go beyond the call of duty and will always help you. Mel Thompson always tries her best to fit me in she is wonderful kind loving helpful and totally professional. I have known Mel since she started, with me I have known her for 25 years +, and it is funny as I know if she is down and upset and she knows the same with me. The practice manager Gemma is wonderful and like mell will always helpyou Due to the high impact of appointments and sometimes the lack of NHS Dentists. It is advisable and essential that you treat the reception team and dentists and staff with dignity and respect as if you treat them the way you want to be treated it would be lovely. NEVER be frightened of going as you always are put at ease.y If you do not you MAY be taken off their records and be polite if you have to ring up. If you really think of it, the people there are human and care. NHS Dental care is getting hard to obtain. So treat them good and with dignity and respect and be patient or you are risking to be ejected and taken off the list.”

“The hotel was great, good location for town centre, only 13 minutes from the family we went down to see. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good staff were nice and friendly. Would definitely go back”

“I stayed at a Travelodge many years ago and it was pretty basic, I remember asking for an extra pillow and the staff disappeared and was never seen again, fast forward to Bolton's Travelodge and it was a totally different experience, the staff where helpful and welcoming, the room was basic but well proportioned and very clean, the bed was comfy. There was a bar and eating area with food on offer. My only niggle was the room was very hot and there is no A/C so had the have the window open, unfortunately it's quite close to a main road and it was like trying to sleep next to a race track, every person within a 20 mile radius that had a sports exhaust and a turbo was racing about till 4 am.”

“Went though Ur-Place.com to get into the flat I'm currently in; I have a private landlord who advertised through ur-place. Everything went smoothly and I was kept in the loop throughout the process, even when there were hiccups with the wrong reference form being sent to my previous landlord (human error, everybody makes mistakes!). The issue was identified and rectified same day, with Ur-Place contacting me to tell me what had happened and show the steps they had taken to rectify it. Come to the day to get the keys, they managed to open a slot for me which was not ideal due to working commitments on my side, however they made efforts to fit me in, whilst also making sure I understood the meters, boiler, had the correct information etc. All in all it was a very smooth process and I would recommend them!”

“A breath of fresh air! Great visit today. Met a fantastic dentist called ‘Noor Fatima’. Absolutely delighted. I am hard of hearing, this lady was polite, a beautifully spoken lady, she made an effort to look at me when communicating so I could see what she was saying too. Dr Fatima is brilliant, very intelligent and knowledgeable as well as a caring and compassionate person. Dr Fatima fixed my broken filling and had my teeth all sparkling clean in no time and I went out there with a big smile on my face. Dr Fatima is exactly the kind of dentist we all need, a true professional and very empathetic. A very gentle lady.
