“There are not enough words to describe just how AMAZING Mandy is! We are relatively new to Hot Doggy's but every time we have collected our little girl she looks like she's in a beauty pageant! Mandy is so precise with the way she cuts and styles dogs, I haven't seen anything like it before (not to mention how beautiful our girl smells after she's been pampered!). From first meeting Mandy there was just such a positive vibe and you can tell just how much care and love she has for the dogs she grooms. “I'm extremely happy with the service I received at this garage! I went there yesterday they changed my tires and fixed a puncture for a very good price, and even topped up my oil and screen wash for free. The owners are incredibly nice and make sure every customer is happy – they even offered me a drink and chatted with everyone who came in, creating a really friendly atmosphere. The work was done very quickly and efficiently, and all at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone, and I will definitely be going back!”

“Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.”
