Brian was round same morning. He knew straight away what the issue was- had all the parts needed, fixed and tested, as a bonus he also managed to change the broken oven light bulb which had always refused to come all the times I have tried. Great family firm. Christmas dinner saved- would highly recommend”

“I have to say I was crying when my 9ct yellow gold beads were tested with 18k acid . It turned my beads brassy brown. I was devasted! I brought them to Natasha’s mum who previously fixed them @ swinton diamonds&gold Natasha has some how (buffed) them and retained my gold . “A neighbour put a black scratch on the silver rear quarter of my wife's beloved is 120ah. After much deliberation concerning how best to avoid a huge bill for our neighbour I suggested getting a quote from Williams in Bolton where she bought the car. She spoke to Lauren at the body repair centre who took her through all the details including how to pursue a claim should the neighbour baulk at the repair cost leaving my wife much more at ease. We took the car down to the centre and Lauren's colleague Kevin came out to look at the damage. A twelve inch black scratch, went back in the office and returned with a polishing gun and some polishing compound and less than a minute later the car was good as new. How much for the repair? Absolutely nothing. I am sure our neighbour will be pleased when we tell them! I was expecting a bill and a receipt. Now that's what I call service. If we have any more bodywork issues we will be coming back. Even if it does cost money next time!!”

“Nice modern cinema based in Bolton's indoor market shopping centre. Plenty of parking in the multistory next door. We called during the day and virtually had it ho ourselves. Staff are nice and friendly. Very clean inside. Nice clean toilets. There's a bar serving alcohol and tea/coffee as well as snacks. A nice seating area for waiting before you go in.”

“The workmanship was excellent but I did feel that the pricing was way off as when the estimator first looked at my car he said the damage would be around £1000 but when the final bill came it was over £2000 which seemed a big difference to me. Thankfully I was not paying but it made me think twice about using them in the future.”

“Had to get a windscreen repair after a stone chip, saw all the positive reviews for Bridgewater windscreens and decided to give them a try, very helpful and friendly and a superb service . They repaired the screen very quickly on a Saturday morning, superb job , very happy. If we ever need any repairs or a windscreen in the future we will be straight back to these guys.”

“I have been going to this lady to have my hair cut for a while now. She is very experienced and loves if you take pictures with you, to show her how you would like her to cut your hair, she will also give you advice on your new hairstyle. Her new salon is beautiful and the atmosphere very relaxed and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else Chrisella is definitely my go to hairdresser. Just a heads up.. She is very busy so I would advise booking your hair about 2 months in advance but definitely worth a visit.”
