“Amazing venue! The only place I found that do literally everything for you all within a very reasonable price! Booked in April for a surprise baby shower yesterday and it was perfect! The room was all decorated perfectly with the cutest little touches, Nat did the buffet for us which was lovely and fresh with a good variety of food! Bar was stocked with lots of different drinks & the bouncy castle was the best thing to keep the kids entertained and safe! Herself & dale literally couldn’t have done anymore for us! 10/10 experience & will definitely recommend! Thank you so much xxx”

“First trip to Oldham town centre for almost 50 years! Oldham road once had pubs on almost every corner as you headed there from Manchester City Centre, many from the long gone Oldham brewery. Madge fancied a trip on the Metro and we spotted this pub in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide. Well worth the trip for just this corner pub. A bank of ten real ales. Great vibe plus a front pavement seating area. Madge found a new Oldham brewery..We are Wolf. Bar snacks incl sausage rolls. Great visit.”

“Found ourselves stuck outside the shop on a Sunday with a bust tire in 28c heat, this amazing lady opened up the shop just so we could get some cold drinks whilst we waited for recovery such a nice gesture goes a long way. Will definitely return to try the food! 10/10 customer service!”

“I’ve been coming to The Hare and Hounds in Middleton week after week, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience here. From the classic Sunday roast to the rotating chef’s specials, the food is consistently 10/10 — it’s far beyond what you’d expect from pub food and easily rivals high-end restaurants. Every dish is beautifully presented, full of flavour, and perfectly cooked. Portion sizes are generous, and the prices are almost unbelievable given the quality you get. “A lovely cafe with welcoming staff members. They are in the perfect spot for a bite to eat at the end of your walk. They accept cards as well as cash and the prices are reasonable. A Kelly's ice cream on a nice cone was £3. There are toilets too. Parking can be difficult on weekends but we've never struggled in the week”

“We held our 4yo's birthday party there on a Sunday afternoon. The staff made the day so easy and carefree; we didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the party with our boy. Staff were friendly, and helpful. All details were seen to, and for a reasonable per-child cost. All we had to do was provide a cake. Can highly recommend, though be sure to book well ahead of time to get your preferred party slot.”

“Broadway Day Nursery is absolutely FANTASTIC. Sarah, Becky & the wonderful team of aunties are just amazing and my daughter has been so well cared for since starting in December 2023. The settling in sessions when my daughter first started nursery were brilliant and I knew from the first day that this was the perfect setting for us. On starting nursery my daughter had a ‘cows milk protein allergy’ and every measure was taken to ensure that her allergy requirements were met by the nursery staff, the nursery even purchased a certain ‘coconut milk’ especially for her. My daughter has thrived since attending nursery, she’s learned so much and looks forward to going. I have recently been so impressed by the nursery’s commitment to supporting my daughter with her potty training too, creating a reward chart for her (mimicking what we had done at home) and keeping us updated with her progress. Each day Broadway Day Nursery provide an overview of activities and document what children have been doing via a parent/carer app which I love, and this really gave peace of mind when my daughter first started nursery. My second child will start in the Bunnikins baby room next year and I’m already excited for her nursery journey. I honestly cannot recommend this nursery enough, they go the extra mile and there is a real ‘family feel’ about the setting. Thank you aunties for everything you do!”
