The bonds they have made with staff as well as friends have been amazing! Both of my children have dietary issues and I have felt very much supported with these and any issues with changing their routines have been met with complete support and professionalism! “My kids started here in 2017 and my last left 2023. Overall I found this place fantastic!! Helpful team and management. Friendly, warm and invested staff. Yes there was bumps on the way, but nothing major and always addressed straight off by management. Overall approachable. It was like home from home for my kids. They loved it. Great activities, great food, good structure and encouragement. Building confidence along the way. I couldn't have worked without them and my kids were happy there. That's a huge burden lifted leaving your little ones to go to work. That they are safe and happy. Thank you KPHB!! It's been great. Xx”
