“Today I have been to river island, the kids section .I have been assisted by Shaun who was absolutely fabulous, he was fast efficient and really helped me to find the specific item I looked for my daughters.He was kind , and very dedicated to his job , being very polite all time even if my toddler was not at her best behaviour. He was tidying , serving, rushing to the cashier and with a lovely smile on his face. This is the kind of employee you want to have in your team. Also he went extra mile for me as my toddler throw away her shampoo toy with stitch design, and I was happily impressed when I come back couple of hours later to the store he recognised me and said ‘Let me guess you come for the stitch toy ☺️’. Thank you very much for your kindness today. Well done. Defintely coming back to this shop as staff is always nice ☺️”

“We have just had two bedrooms fitted with bespoke brand new wardrobes and are absolutely delighted with the end results. The whole process from start to finish was extremely professional and completed in less than three weeks. Elite have delivered as per specification and were extremely helpful in the design to accommodate all our wishes. They use their own installation team rather than outsource which is a major advantage for any customer, and they leave a scrupulously clean workspace behind them, almost as if you didnt know that they had been! They are an extremely friendly team with a genuine passion for what they do and I would have no hesitation in using them again myself nor indeed recommending their services to anyone else. “I went this morning as I will be the mother of the bridegroom and I wanted something special. I am tall and well proportioned but I had the choice of several outfits.
