As a corporate, I've stayed in many hotels and I can honestly say that the village cheadle is the best in terms of service, attentiveness / friendliness of staff, food quality is top quality, gym and spa facilities excellent. Im a member of David Lloyd and I can tell you the quality of the gym and spa at the village cheadle is on a par to DL at a fraction of the price. Village cheadle is 3* hotel but in my opinion it far surpasses the other 4* hotels in the vicinity”

“When, I first spoke to BLZ I was sceptical because the individual i spoke to was exceptionally nice, informative and helpful, I explained my situation in detail. The answer I received was encouraging and honest. I was told I may be timed out!, but they would except my application and move forward, they also informed me that it would be a long battle and not to get frustrated with the amount of time it took them to respond, they would only contact me when they heard something back from the MOD. it was a challenge, as the MOD had to deal with many thousands of cases. but BLZ kept up the tempo and pushed relentlessly because they were sure i would get something as my medical records indicated the problem. I never gave up believing i would get something, these people knew what they were doing. I am happy to say the MOD caved under overwhelming evidence presented by BLZ, I very pleased i chose them and fully recommend them to anyone seeking compensation for any hearing loss during their time in the forces. Thank you BLZ once again.”

“Stayed one night with my partner, had the dinner for two deal. Stud bar was excellent, barman friendly and made a mean cocktail. Reception and restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful. “After reading other reviews I must say I'm shocked. I've used the CO-OP in its old location and here. I found the staff lovely and helpful. They never seem to stop, be it reloading shelves, getting uber orders ready or just cleaning the shop. They will always stop to help. (I my case usually to add milk to the coffee machine). It needs to be remembered that this is effectively a very busy local 'top-up' shop, not one where there is time to stand around. If you need to use the till, or need help with the self service, tell them. They are not mind readers but busy shop staff. The same staff who kept the shop running through the pandemic. I have seen first hand the grief they get. They truly are lovely people. Give them a chance.”
