“As a Muslim student I studied here 1999-2001 (A levels) and had an excellent time here socially and made it into Manchester University which was hard to get into. The staff were supportive and the free time for doing private study was beneficial. The college was large (at that time around 1000 students) and I made many new friends whom I still had contact with after leaving the college. The RE lessons and tutorials were also interesting and was very welcoming. I would highly recommend the college if you are willing to study hard outside of lesson time. Although the college results were similar to the national average at the time it is not due to poor teaching. The college is situated in a good location and there are plenty of activities to participate in. I have many pleasant memories.”

“My son attends afterschool club at the Canal House Nursery and I cannot praise it enough. He started here three weeks ago and his confidence has grown already. He has built up good relationships with the staff already and really looks forward to the days he attends. All the staff are lovely, very friendly, welcoming and caring. The activities they do afterschool always vary and he always enjoys the different things he has done each day. They provide great wholesome meals for him which he really enjoys. My son especially enjoys the great outdoor space to play in.”

The staff who work here are just amazing and really work with the child and the child’s capabilities which was a big stand out for us! I couldn’t have wished for better! The management team are great, Clare, Lynn & JoJo! “My experience of Wright Robinson college has been positive to say the least. professional staff, strong community links and great students. Obviously not every kid that goes through the doors is going to cut it but every effort will have be made to keep them, but the school isn't there to wave a magic wand and lets face it as parents its our job to bring our kids up properly not the schools. Think some of these reviews are pretty unfair, probably got an axe to grind after their son or daughter got excluded. Discipline is also a strong point of the school btw. As for the bullying - pretty naive to think out of 1700 kids your not going to have 1 case of bullying, unfortunate but again in my experience it gets dealt with quickly.”
