The blister pack team especially deserve a mention — they’ve helped me out so many times over the phone, always patient and ready to sort things quickly when I’ve had questions or needed support. It’s really reassuring to know they’re just a call away. My dad also collects his medication from here, and since he only speaks Arabic, I really appreciate how the fair-skinned lady always takes the time to help him in a respectful and kind way. That personal touch makes a huge difference to our family. The young guy at the front is constantly on the go — always working hard, polite, and with a smile on his face. The young lady at the counter is just as lovely — always cheerful and welcoming. And the trainee pharmacist is fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do.
