“We enjoyed a lovely Saturday evening at Rosa tonight. The food was lovely and tasty, however slightly slow being served but we were given some free olives to tide us by. We want to particularly point out the excellent service from all of the staff, especially from the main waiter (with the tattoos sorry didnt get his name). Very catering for children- they made particular effort to bring her food out first. We would definitely recommend and will return again”

“Beautiful museum with stunning architecture. The aquarium hiding in the basement is fab. Very educational content. Egyptian room is amazing and natural history is awesome too. There are little hands on bits and dress up woven into the museum's journey for little ones.”

“We found a nice offer on Planet Offers for this place therefore we decided to go down. We had an 5-6pm slot on New Year’s Day and it wasn’t over crowded. Plenty of place to jump around and play. Online booking and checkin was straight forward and entry didn’t take long.”

“This was a superb venue for golfing showing there are activities for adults too, where we enjoyed the Temple themed course! The course incorporates Temple monuments and green areas that would surround one, rocks are fun to play around adding to the structure too. Different lighting such as red and purple adds realism, holes having to wind around obstacles are inventive themselves! The counter is well laid out and staff were friendly there, also helpful over the phone when we had to push our booking to a later time due to a train delay.”

“We have stayed at the hotel quite a number of times over the years and cannot praise it enough. From the moment of stepping through the doors and into the reception area, you are made to feel so welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable and the high end finish for a standard room was exceptional. We loved it! The food was excellent, too! As for the staff, well, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Nothing is too much trouble. They are a credit to the hotel! Special mention needs to be given to Billy behind the bar for his help, patience and guidance with 'something technical' that left me able to use a new mobile phone purchased from the Tesco store next door! So, location wise the hotel is ideally situated and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants!”

In toilet I would recommend rather giving soap bar, if they add body wash and hand wash would give nice impression….. really happy with them…. Planning to travel again soon”

“Incredible creativity with high end durable long lasting thick materials. Enrichment is clearly the goal of every product and you can really tell they have thought like a bunny with the design. I have many pods and they have all lasted years. Proud to support a small start up of two devoted to high animal welfare and inclusiveness of disabled/head tilt buns in their design. “Odin’s Eye Tattoo Collective is the best tattoo studio in Bury. The studio has such a good vibe about it, all 3 of the guys, Sween, Tony and Louis work really well together as a team, you can definitely feel the love the studio! I ’ve had a couple of tattoos there with Louis. His attention to detail and process is amazing and he takes real pride his work. Would 100% recommend Louis and the team at Odin’s Eye”

“Visited The Painted Man today for my first tattoo. After a bit of research I found Meg (lou.loutattoo) & absolutely loved her work. We messaged a few times & agreed on this design & I’m so happy with it. She is so approachable & made sure I was 100% happy with her design before we started. I’ve had a blast today, the hours flew by as she worked her magic. The studio is such a relaxing place to be. Incredibly clean & professional. Everyone is so friendly, defo recommend the studio, & Meg in particular”

“Came here after reading reviews. We ordered wonton/ dumpling soup, Beef ho fun, salt and pepper tofu and mixed vegetables. The dumplings and wonton are huge in a well flavoured broth. The beef ho fun was nice. Loved the salt and pepper tofu. It was very light and crunchy. The ladies working there are very friendly and nice. A lot of Asians come here so you can tell it’s good food. Very extensive menu for a small eatery I would book at busier times. We came late afternoon. Next time will come earlier as they had already run out of roast duck and char Siu”
