My daughter was confident to sit her GCSE’s especially after having the extra booster sessions. Communication has been excellent and I greatly appreciate catering for our last minute needs. “My sister went here when it was still called treetops and before they got alot of things. I came here for holiday clubs when I was around 5 and the staff were teasing and fun. I remember Chloe and Sarah, chloe gave me a name badge holder which I still have but I lost the paper with her name. I miss this place so much and will visit soon for sure, its almost been a decade.”

“Been coming to retro hair quite regularly recently as I have a 22 inch weave and then had to have an operation so can’t wash it’s good as I’d like to, the apprentice who does my hair every time (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name) she has dark brown hair, she’s really good and always makes me feel welcome! “I rang Steve when my daughter had hair extensions elsewhere and hadn’t continued with the proper aftercare. Her hair was extremely matted at the top of the extensions as she hadn’t brushed it and then the extensions had become matted together and she couldn’t style her hair. She was in tears - I called Steve and he got us in straight away - he sat and talked to us in detail about how to take them out and then spent his own time to sit and take them out, then made sure to go through every strand of hair making sure every bit of the matted hair was clear. He was so helpful and my daughter was so grateful. We are booked on to have them redone with Steve as he was very knowledgeable.”

“I cannot recommend Heaton Park View enough. After having a 7 year gap between the last children, I was extremely nervous to start sending my then 8 month old to nursery after not having the greatest experiences previously, but how different it has been this time around! From the start the staff at HP (especially Tiny Lambs) were super friendly, informative and settled baby girl into the setting really well and quickly. She never really ‘cried’ going in and though we still had to build up that confidence - the separation anxiety was never as bad as I remember. Now, after being there for 6 months she knocks on the door to get in the room in the morning, comes home singing lots of wonderful songs with actions - and even cries when we have to take her home from nursery! It’s so lovely to see and drop your child off knowing they enjoy the environment they are in - and that’s down to all the wonderful staff. Honestly if you are an anxious parent, this nursery is the one for you. They always go above and beyond. From having cute countdown themed days over Christmas to planning fabulous activities daily for the children to enjoy. I even had a little picture and a message on my first day back from maternity leave and it’s just little thoughtful, amazing communication like this that sets this setting apart from the rest by miles!”

We were kept informed at every stage of the design and making of the ring. I also purchased my Husband-to-b ring from them. Another beautiful handmade plain band ring. Service was extremely professional and Very friendly Craftsmanship fantastic, highly skilled Can’t thank them enough, especially Lisa, and All their staff. I secretly purchased a watch and had it engraved, all the staff kept my secret. Amazing”

“I had afternoon tea for my birthday and everything was perfect and delicious. The tea room is lovely decorated with cute tea pots and cups. We were too full to finish it all and they boxed the left over cakes up for me to take home. Great experience and highly recommended.”
