I was extremely nervous on my first appointment but on entering Jill the receptionist helped to put me at ease, Tim and his assistant where also brilliant, explaining everything step by step. I had 2 follow up appointments booked the same day for the treatment required, unfortunately I had to cancel the 1st as I was unwell, Jill was very understanding and concerned and there was no problem cancelling the appointment and another appointment was made Jill rang me the day after my first treatment to check I was ok and Tim also offered to see me again if there were any issues. Micro braids, requested extremely fine braids, plated to mid length - 18 inch in lengths, 2 people on it, took less time than I thought it would, didn’t hurt, friendly atmosphere, always checking in to make sure it was how I wanted it. Will definitely be my go to hairdresser for micro braids.”
