“My usual dental practice had broken the roots during an extraction and so I was referred to Bath Street for dental surgery to remove them. The Dentist (who was a Portuguese lady, I didn't catch her name but wanted to identify her) and her Hygienist were excellent. They both had an excellent manner at putting me at ease and were very gentle (considering the relatively brutal procedure that I needed to have carried out).
