“Amazing dance school which is fantastically ran by Sophie, Heidi and Alison. Our girls have been attending from a young age learning tap and street dance. From taking part in annual shows to making life long friends it's a really great organisation for your child to get involved with. Plus they do adult classes as well which my better half attends. Highly recommended!”

“I initially chose T4 for knee pain as I could see from their website that their approach to treatment was to get to the root cause of the problem and offer natural treatments. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Nash prescribed a combination of physical therapy and physio led gym sessions to strengthen my muscles . Going to the gym wasn't something I would have considered before but giving me that initial push and encouragement was just what I needed. I was soon pain free and much stronger. I still have regular one to gym sessions and the health benefits to my whole body have been amazing. Mike is a brilliant coach and massage therapist. I have learned so much from him. I would definitely recommend T4 and wouldn't consider going anywhere else now.”

“I had a full body massage with Mobina and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. She picked up on my problem areas straight away without me needing to explain much, and talked me through what she was doing. Her communication throughout was excellent — she checked in often to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable at all times. I felt completely relaxed and well looked after. What really stood out was that she didn’t just stop at the massage. She also gave me personalised stretches and exercises to help with my specific tension and pain going forward. All the staff were really lovely even at the reception, and made me feel welcome. I’ve booked again so that should say everything!”

“I have left my beautiful grumpy cat storm with these guys. I have used thier service 5 times and I’m so happy. They are caring and I know my cat is being well looked after. It’s right next to my house and they charge £9 per day which is so reasonable and cheap compared to others. “As a healthcare professional who visits the nursery regularly, I just want to mention how pleased I have been on my visits. Lovely staff with a genuine enjoyment of working with young children. Staff are well trained on how to support children. I have seen good examples of staff implementing strategies to help support development. The nursery has a good learning environment and the staff always have creative activities set up. It is amazing to see the care, kindness and compassion they demonstrate every single day. “From the minute I walked into reception on the day of my operation I felt everyone I dealt with was a credit to the organisation. The reception staff were very polite and professional as I was booked in. The porter who took me to my room was very nice and explained everything to me. All the nursing and catering staff were professional and caring making this a less stressful experience. I can’t praise Mr Zeiton enough. Both he and the anaesthetist visited me in my room and fully explained everything that was going to happen. When I was shown down to the operating theatre I was instantly put at ease and the procedure was completed without any stress or worry. The aftercare was fantastic and Mr Zeiton showed me what he’d done after having an X-ray the following day. I was discharged with everything I needed and I had full knowledge of what to do and when my next appointments were. The physio staff made sure I was fit to leave and knew what exercises to do before my appointment. The whole experience was made better with being made to feel valued and cared for from walking in the door to walking out.”

Dropped off for MOT in the morning and was done just before lunch. Even left my windows cracked before pickup so the inside didn't get too hot in this heatwave. Small detail but I noticed!”

“Went to see hygienist,first time seeing Lorriane and Christina for my clean today They both made me feel at ease, Lorriane explained everything she was going to do, explained what's happening to my gums and teeth and gave great advice on how to help keep my teeth as long as possible. Even when I admitted to not doing my teeth cleaning as well as I should she never made me feel bad just encouraged me to improve best I could. No pictures but I am waiting on a travel case for all my different inerdental brushes to do wherever I am :-)”

Dr Seedat went above and beyond and not only filled my chipped tooth,but worked on adjacent teeth others to make them more symmetrical (before and after photos) & got rid of a stain I've had since I was 14 (from braces).
