“I have been regularly attending yoga classes with paddy since last September. He is a great teacher. Gives plenty of options and explains the poses fully. I really enjoy the class and it’s has the right mix of challenge and fun.”
“I'm a 67 year old man who's led an active life playing a variety of sports including training in karate at a basic level. About 6 weeks ago I read an article in which it was said that aikido is a very beneficial martial art for any age and that its techniques place less demands on the body than other forms. In other words a good place for older people who want to take up a martial art. I discovered that my nearest dojo was with Martin Acton Sensei in Dromore, County Down. I got in touch with him to arrange a 1:1 lesson and turned up to the dojo feeling nervous and self conscious. However I found Martin very welcoming and friendly. And over the weeks I have come to value his understanding, patience, knowledge and encouragement as he takes me through the main qualities he's trying to foster and the gentle techniques he's teaching. Unlike my previous experience of martial arts aikido emphasises developing qualities we all need to become better human beings, more loving, more compassionate, more grounded.”
“Great gym. Lovely staff and loads of equipment.”
“Lovely small venue for theatrical performances. Very cosy atmosphere with friendly in-house staff.”
“Always a good place for a selection of wines.”

“Swimming pool is good temperature, clean and not too crowded. Vitality suite is a bit of luxury, includes sauna, steam room jacuzzi and thermal bed.”
“I have been attending the restorative yoga class with Deirdre. In this class it is total relaxation with a focus on breathing and postures to help the nervous system. Deirdre is a very thoughtful teacher and her studio is calm with all equipment provided”

“Keith has been teaching my son guitar for a little while now and I cannot recommend him enough. His lessons are fun and are bolstering his love for music. He is patient, kind and nothing is ever an issue. My son looks forward to his lesson every week.”
“Emily is simply the best - friendly, welcoming, kind, patient, beyond knowledgeable and SO fun! I always leave class smiling and feeling like I’ve worked hard for my teacher and for myself. Emily invests in her pupils and everything she teaches leaving no questions unanswered. I’ve never felt stronger in my ballet, my fitness/strength and truly in myself thanks to Emily! I cannot recommend this wonderful ballet school highly enough as I simply cannot do without my Emily Follis Ballet fix each week. :)”

“From the moment I stepped into the gym, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that the coaches and members alike exuded. The head coach, Eamonn, is an exceptional instructor who possesses both skill and patience in equal measure. He has an unparalleled ability to break down complex techniques into easily understandable steps, making it accessible for beginners and advanced students alike. Eamonn always takes the time to answer any questions, offer feedback and support to his students, and has a genuine passion for teaching Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Beyond the coaching, the community at the club is fantastic. The members are incredibly friendly and supportive of each other, creating an environment that fosters growth and learning. Everyone is eager to learn and eager to help others improve their skills. Overall, I would highly recommend this Brazilian jiu-jitsu club to anyone looking to learn and grow in the martial art. The instruction is top-notch, the community is friendly and supportive, and the training is an excellent workout for both the body and mind. I'm excited to see more people join the club, and I have no doubt that they will enjoy the same positive experience that I have had.”

“I have been attending one of the Group Pilates classes with Judy since the studio was set up. Judy is very committed to making sure you enjoy your class as well as performing to your best ability. There is always a bit of craic before and after class and you never feel rushed. Give yourself some time-out from everyday stresses and busy life and you will most definetly enjoy the class of your choice. Highly recommended.”
