βI took my 2 brother and my old Riccar sewing machines to these guys, none were working properly, after attempts by others still not working properly, took them in on Monday fetched them back on Thursday fully fixed and serviced, Iβve tried them all and hooray all fixed, so would highly recommend this company, we dealt with David, polite friendly and very helpful, thankyou so much Iβm delighted and very reasonably priced too, thankyou xxβ
βIn Step has been a blessing to my daughters ,they absolutely thrive in the dance school environment Christine and the girls provide. They have made new friends and absolutely love getting the head down learning dances for the summer sharing and the big Christmas show every year. We cannot recommend In Step enough and we've had friends and family join us, not only for classes but we've had exceptional birthday parties there too. In step really gives that warm welcoming family environment for the kids to be a part of and we cannot thank them enough for all they do.β
βBen was brilliant on our flight experience even convincing my partner to come along for a quick flight over Loch Loman and she had a lovely time. Thanks very much and I hope to be back maybe next time in the N-registered plane!β
βBrilliant Dance class with Teachers who clearly love what they do. Took my child along for lessons roughly eight years ago and she's been Jiving her sox off ever since. The couple who teach took the time to explain the steps and have amazing patience when teaching children and adults alike. Came to a dance class and made new friends and expanded my social life.β
βWent to our first class tonight and it was great. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Although we have a long way to go the teachers were great and very patient with us.β
βAbhinaya is the best institute for Bharatnatyam.. Ester Binu, the teacher is very hardworking, dedicated, excellent and gives each and every student equal and undivided attention. She takes a lot of effort with the girls and it is truly commendable. My daughter is learning since 4 years and I would recommend anyone looking for Bharatnatyam, look no further than Abhinaya! Thank you and we are happy to be a part of this great institution.β
βRazz!!! What a place. My daughter has been going here for 4 years alongside lots of her school friends and they all absolutely love it. Amanda and her staff are brilliant with the kids and make it a place for them to look forward to going to every weekβ
βThe studio & teachers rocks. Theyβve got everything too: fitness classes, yoga, dance, stretching, etc. Plus, itβs at an affordable rate. Get there early if itβs your first time to find the location & get a spot up front. Youβll have so much fun & itβs a sweet community.β
βI only started a couple of weeks ago but I couldnβt praise them more for how lovely and welcoming everyone has been. Instructor is very attentive whilst also give you space to get on with it and just about everyone who was there to learn was so quick to greet me and eager to help out anytime I asked. Iβm pretty socially awkward, I donβt think Iβve felt this comfortable so fast anywhere beforeβ
βWent there during my lunch break today to have my racket restrung. I met Vicky and thanks to her help and advice, I now have a new racket, and also had the chance to try a couple. Super friendly and super helpful. Would definitely recommend Gannon Sports to everyone.β
βMy daughter started with the academy in September last year, and was part of the Seniors in the show in May. she has made an enormous amount of progress in such a short time. The show was fantastic! I had several friends with me and they were blown away by how professional it was. Thank you so much Shona Hazel and Katie. Looking forward to Anna's next steps !β
βMy wee one goes to swimming classes there and she loves it. She's been to a few pools round the area, but Port Glasgow is one of the cleanest, without the horrendous chlorine smell that other pools have. Staff are always nice and friendly. The water is warm and the viewing platform is handy.β
βGreat experience. Loved the atmosphere. It's not common that you can take your 3 year old kid to a football game so being able to enjoy a football game where my kid can play about, where there are other kids and not constant swearing is nice. Everyone is friendly and respectful, lots of space, very welcoming. Very nice to see the kids playing with footballers after the gameβ
βPollok Swimming pool is almost as a great day on the beach, wave n flume, n swimming area, my grandsons gaining fun confidence, staff are kind too. Roll on the school summer holidays, cheers.β
βThis is not the fanciest gym youβve ever been too and yes some of the equipment is a bit tired but the staff are brilliant and welcoming. Just remember, fancy machines donβt get you into shape.... itβs all up to the individual, this gym has everything one needs to succeed and I look forward to my gym sessions here. Well done staff, you are a great team.β
βSafe from beginning to end. Our NHS heroes do their best to make you feel safe, and they succeed. A note: They give you the βRead this before you take the vaccineβ notification *after* youβve received it, but they do ask you questions to assure safety before you get the jab.β
βIβve just joined and I love it - great cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. Itβs very clean, modern, and has a nice view.β
βI love the dancing classes, everyone are so supportive and the teachers are so professional they really know their moves and no judging. Really, really enjoying.β
Located at the Renfield St Stephen's Centre on Bath Street, Ceroc Scotland brings energetic social dance classes to central Glasgow. This dynamic dance center provides an inviting atmosphere for individuals seeking fun, exercise, and social connection. Ceroc instruction combines elements of partner dancing, fusion, and modern jive into an easy-to-learn format suitable for all skill levels. Weekly adult dance classes allow participants to master footwork and partner moves without needing to bring a partner along.
βMy son learns violin with Katie and I go to music class with my 3 year old as I have done since she was a baby. Both violin and music classes are fun but educational. I enjoy them as much as my daughter. Itβs so great to see their confidence grow and their progression week by week.β
βAn absolute blast, me and my partner went as complete first-timers and everyone was absolutely lovely and very understanding of my complete lack of grace. There was a great range of ability there, from first time university students all the way through to people who have danced for 50 years! Despite my inability to dance, it was a great time and we will be back!β
βI have had the privilege of attending Glasgow Tango Collective in-person classes, Online Followersβ Technique classes and now private lessons with Vanessa Leamy Corsini. For me the most important and most valuable quality Vanessa offers students is her ability to teach, which can sound odd, I realise, but being an excellent practitioner doesnβt mean one will be a competent teacher. Vanessaβs great use of empathy and experience allows for very clear and differentiated approaches to delivering information in a clear, comprehensive, comfortable and even fun manner. The classes are varied with fun adornos as well as detailed technique that Vanessa always manages to make enjoyable, as well as make me eager to know more and practise. As a music teacher, I am particularly impressed with how Vanessa differentiates as well shows sincere encouragement without being condescending. It should also be said that Tango classes online are so much fun and I learn so much, yet I canβt imagine the challenge of being teacherβs seat, and yet the classes run so smoothly and are always thoroughly planned and enjoyable. Although Vanessa is seeing me through Zoom, usually on mute and often dealing with several other pupils as well as being in charge of the music, nothing escapes her! She even notices when Iβm holding my breath and not properly relaxed, and yet her delivery of feedback is always so warm and only makes me eager for more.β
