“This was my second trip to South down dental clinic. My first was in 2018 and unfortunately I can't give much review about that visit as I opted for the sedation. I made my 2nd trip this week, and didn't get sedated so am able to give them a proper rating. From the moment you enter you feel comfortable and the waiting area is very clean and comfortable, the dental nurse was very professional and able to put me at ease as I was nervous. They made sure the anesthesia was working to its full effect before beginning the extraction, and she was keeping me calm during the process and kept updating me as it went along. If anyone is dreading a trip to the dentist don't worry, you are in safe hands.”

“I have recently had the experience of taking my cat to this practice. It did not end the way I wanted but what I will say is that I have never witnessed the care and attention that was given to Maise throughout her time being cared for by the staff of the practice. Hannah, James and emese in particular went over and beyond. As a team they tried so hard to save my wee pet but it just wasn’t meant to be ,she had an infection of her wee lungs. They spent endless amounts of time researching and planning trying to give her the best chance and I will be forever grateful and thankful. Many many thanks would totally recommend this practice”

“I had an excellent experience with Duality. I’d been unable to hear out of one ear for over a week and struggled to get an appointment anywhere in Belfast. I managed to book on a Thursday and was seen the very next day. From the moment I arrived, I felt really well looked after—the team was chatty, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My only regret is not coming here sooner! We need a Duality clinic in Belfast!”

“Went here in recommendation from my brother, as Newry Pool is closed AGAIN. Took my 18 month old by myself for her first swim. The staff were wonderful, especially Niamh, who helped me with great safety advice. The building is showing signs of it's age, but it was spotlessly clean and a very safe environment for babies. I didn't get to use the steam room this time, but I'll definitely be back. The receptionist was lovely too.”
