“Struggling to find the part for my car after the wrong one was sent from Autodoc (an FAI part). Contacted FAI who messaged back immediately and help me find the correct part (crankshaft pulley). They helped every step of the way, finding a local supplier and in the end even called them up to assist with the purchase. Excellent customer service and their parts seem solid and well built. If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would, thanks again and thanks to Peter G for helping me.”
