“Had an issue with the Sky dish, none of the channels were working. Ben arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem. He explained everything clearly (the dish alignment was off, one of the cable ends was damaged, and trees were partially blocking the signal), and even clipped the cables neatly to the wall. Ben had all the proper tools, the professional high-end kind, for fault finding and diagnosing the issue. Great service and would definitely recommend Ben!”

“For those of us in search of that rare commodity - an honest mechanic - Bryan is the diamond in a tiara of cubic zirconia, the rose in a sea of bindweed, and the beluga caviar on a plate of peanut butter sandwiches. He is both quick and accurate to diagnose your problem, such is his wealth of knowledge and experience, and does everything he can to complete the job as economically as possible. In my experience the job has ended up costing me less than I had budgeted for, which is nice, but not the most important factor. Number one on my list for most important factors is the ability not only to explain to me, in ways I can understand, the nature of the problem, why it IS a problem, and if I look a bit befuddled (to be fair, my face reflects a permanent air of confusion), he will take the time to demonstrate. If it is a mechanical issue, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. In fact, even if it's not entirely mechanical, I'm really cheeky and pop down for advice and Bryan points me in the right direction if someone specialising in my problem. It doesn't mean he can't do the job himself, just that he knows that to do so would take far longer without the specialist equipment, and ergo would not be cost effective for you, and that would go against his ethos of doing a good job for a fair price. Enough said. There isn't enough praise that can bestowed on Bryan as far as I'm concerned, and if you don't believe me, try and find a review that awards him less than five stars. I can save you time - you won't!”

“Fantastic customer service. Yesterday morning (Sunday) I bought a headlight bulb for my car based on a video I watched how to remove and fit the bulb. It turned out to be the wrong bulb and by the time I realised it was to late and they were closed. I panicked as I knew I would be driving in the car Monday morning, so I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get a bulb. I came back to PDM today (Monday) to ask for a refund (which was embarrassing). They were very friendly and professional about it. I will definitely be using their services in the future.”

Had problems with the car brakes and they sorted them out in no time. No gimmicks, but a simple choice of basic or full service. I just called them today to see if they have MOT test slots—unfortunately, they were fully booked for 2 weeks. “I could not be more grateful to this garage and all of the wonderful staff who have helped me and repaired my car. My car broke down on the A1 on our way to London from Newcastle. We were recovered to this local garage who completed a full repair of my clutch. We were headed to a family funeral and we unfortunately missed the service before joining family after. The staff at the garage were compassionate during our stressful time and made arrangements to repair the car promptly (breakdown to pick up 48hrs!!) to allow myself and my daughter to be able to return home that weekend. We had to travel by train and taxi to get back to Huntingdon from outside of London which had delays, but the lovely guys opened the garage and waited while we travelled to them to pick up. The car is in full working order and clean!! They worked out the best possible price too, helping me understand the work needed and costs involved. Honestly I’m so grateful for the professionalism and care given, if they were closer to home i would return to them again without hesitation. Thanks so much!!!!”

They have even travelled out to my house, outside of Kempston, today to take a look at the car (as it won't start) before giving me advice on my options. I can't see any reason why I'd stop using the garage in the future either.”
