Each ear has its own individually wrapped gun and stud earring attached for extra hygiene and ready to go, once unboxed and unwrapped. It is placed onto the ear which was marked for guidance. Then pierced. Which can hurt. It is up to you to continue that hygiene on your piercing. It is of course easier with the extra cleaning solution that comes in a small bottle. Only a few pounds extra. All in all we were happy with the service and the gold or silver plated stud earrings. Great service that didn't take a long time. Thank you.”

I had an order to collect and no staff were available in the click&collect area due to close-down duties. On the way out I noticed a member of staff (Linda) and asked if there's any chance to still retrieve my order, she was incredibly warm and explained the staff absence due to the closing down of the store and assisted me despite the time (which had hit 6pm by that point!). Leaving today's pleasant experience aside, the store is always very well stocked and clean, I've always received great service and have been very satisfied. Would wholeheartedly recommend.”
