Right away they wanted to arrange collection of the unit and have it serviced but then they suggested we do some checks first. I was then contacted by Steve from Pioneer and he gave me advice. Low and behold the issue was not with the Head unit but my van wiring!! During this time they kept in touch and were not critical of my lack of investigation lol! Would definitely recommend. Thanks”
