“Big park with plenty going on when we went. Plenty of spaces for car parking. Toilets on site. A big bar/restaurant where you can order on the app (green king). There is a splash pad which the youngsters will enjoy on a warm day. There was a big inflatable obstacle course, but I don't know if that's a permanent feature. There's play parks and a big boating lake where you can hire pedalos. And a big wheel.”

“A labyrinth rather than a maze. One needs to follow the straight path to do the whole thing and not take the shortcuts. It's a good bit of fun but takes quite a while to walk it. I ran the second half to speed things up. Remarkably satisfying to get to the oak tree at the centre, having done the whole thing. Lovely and peaceful surroundings and a nice view.”

“Stayed here as close to wedding venue at Furtho Farm . Smallish rooms with single beds , but fine for the 2 nights we were all in one area and had 3 rooms . Breakfast very nice in a lovely traditional dining room . Not easy to find post code and our taxis were very lost . Be well prepared if going to the wedding / event farm . “My wife Linda and I have stayed many times at the Swan and always found it a pleasure. Linda is waiting for a hip operation and finds it very difficult to get comfortable in bed. Consequently she often has to sleep in a chair. We stayed two nights recently and when we mentioned this to the housekeping staff they went out of their way to help, They brought other chairs from elsewhere in the hotel, provided an extra duvet and suggested ways of making Linda comfortable. “I took me parents for Sunday lunch at the Malsters Arms. It was a really pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. They allowed dogs which was perfect as we had 4 little dogs with us. The food was excellent. It was cooked how we asked. The desert was incredible and good value for money. The service was fun and entertaining and everyone friendly. We had such a lovely time and plan to return again soon.”
