“My wife Linda and I have stayed many times at the Swan and always found it a pleasure. Linda is waiting for a hip operation and finds it very difficult to get comfortable in bed. Consequently she often has to sleep in a chair. We stayed two nights recently and when we mentioned this to the housekeping staff they went out of their way to help, They brought other chairs from elsewhere in the hotel, provided an extra duvet and suggested ways of making Linda comfortable. Thank you very much to them all.”

“I took me parents for Sunday lunch at the Malsters Arms. It was a really pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. They allowed dogs which was perfect as we had 4 little dogs with us. The food was excellent. It was cooked how we asked. The desert was incredible and good value for money. The service was fun and entertaining and everyone friendly. We had such a lovely time and plan to return again soon.”

Love their fresh veggies, fruits, and yummy Asian pastries too. The store is super clean and well-organized, which makes shopping a breeze. They also have a cool selection of frozen dim sum and fish balls for easy hot-pot / dim sum / meals at home. And don't get me started on the snacks—they're tasty and super cheap! We were there for a birthday party and Lucy accommodated 7 kids who were waiting desperately to eat. I cannot be more grateful, her understanding and kindness made everything perfect.”

Had a stunning room, staff were lovely, as was the breakfast, but the building is looking a little tired and could do with a tidying up in the public areas. But I would recommend staying here as it is great value for money.”

“Mark and Billy from Artificial Grass Cleaning Services were fantastic! They showed up right on time and got straight to work. Their attention to detail was impressive—they cleaned the grass thoroughly while keeping everything spotless and organized. Mark clearly explained how he’d tackle the issue—we had a serious problem with cats using our artificial grass as a litter box, and the smell was awful. By the time he was done, the grass looked like new and smelled fresh again. I’d definitely recommend their service to anyone!”
