To start with, Johnny is extremely knowledgeable and he has a 'feel' for what you need. They are very flexible, good listeners, and fair throughout the whole process. I was referred to a physio who I saw two days later, I have been given exercises which I hope will be beneficial for the recovery. Overall a positive first experience.”
