Great classes and early morning walks. My room was beautifully decorated with a great shower and a very comfy bed! The food was healthy, fresh, and beautifully presented and the two chefs are fantastic - really enjoyed the demonstrations which were so informative and inspiring. I came here to hopefully lose some weight but it has been so much more than that, I left feeling relaxed and refreshed - a real re-set. Highly recommended!”
