“I took my car in for an MoT on Friday afternoon. I had previously visited the Halfords store nearby to buy a brake light and have it fitted. The young man who attempted to fit the new brake light blue said he couldn't do it as his screwdriver was the wrong size. He said when I went for the MoT the I just needed to tell the service centre what had happened, they would fit the bulb and the car wouldn't fail. I explained this to Ian and Dionne when I arrived for the MoT. They explained this was not the case but Ian ran outside and fitted the brake light bulb for me just before the MoT.
