There wasn't what I needed in this shop either but fortunately there was Mathias, who without any fuss sorted everything out in no time and my daughter' s shoes are coming tomorrow. Definitely will be coming back even if it means to travel extra miles Thank you Mathias”

“I was served yesterday by a young black lad maybe still in his teens . I didn’t get his name however I just have to say , it todays shopping trips very rarely do you get such excellent service , he was both knowledgeable on what young kids like , but polite and obviously well used to working with people. I was so impressed I wanted to at least tell his manager but she wasn’t available. I’m not sure this will ever get to him . But Thank you young man for loving your job and giving an older gentleman the service we only hope we can get nowadays. Well done .5 star service.”

“Popped in today for a browse. Your staff were so incredibly helpful. I was served by a young lad in a cream jumper (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) who was super helpful & friendly. I’ve missed customer service like this! You normally have to shout someone down for help but he greeted us, then helped me when I needed it! Shoes were too big unfortunately so no sale but a great experience. Thanks so much.”
