Helen will not do any treatments just to make money, she will only carry out treatments if she feels that it will be an advantage to the client. Helen will turn down clients, when she feels that they are asking for enhancements that they will regret in the future. I am happy to say that Helen believes in the natural look, not a face, that screams out at you that it has had too much Botox or dermal fillers. she will advise you on on all aspects of treatments, and skin care, but if you ask her to give you a trout pout, or fillers where Helen does not believe you need them then I am afraid that you will have to find another Clinic, as Helen will not carry out unnecessary treatments. On Friday 25th September I needed an urgent prescription for dressings for a leg ulcer, unfortunately my surgery had not forwarded the correct prescription to the chemist. I was quite stressed about this and also concerned but their actions solved the problem and left me with a stress free weekend. “I only joined this practice recently, I completed the online form for an appointment at 7.30, received a call at midday for an appointment that afternoon. This saves time on the phone unlike my old GP. Dr Islam was fantastic, I had a treatment in mind following a private consultation however he gave me a further option without the need for injections. I was referred to a physio who I saw two days later, I have been given exercises which I hope will be beneficial for the recovery. Overall a positive first experience.”
