“Well, what an unexpected treat this was! We booked online, but needed to phone in to double check which menu would be served, the young lady was incredibly kind and knowledgeable suggesting we tweak our time as we preferred a late breakfast to an early lunch. On arrival I was acknowledged at the bar, and guided to our table. The attention to detail on service was spot on, both Jack and Ben with their warm, cheery, nothing is a problem dispositions, ensured everything about our orders for 3 was exactly as expected. Piping hot, perfect poached egg, all breakfast items were delicious, two veggies and one meaty. We will definitely return the next time we visit Norwich, thank you Ben and Jack for going above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience in your beautifully refurbished pub.
