“After searching the internet for a new lawnmower blade without success, I called UKHS at 3pm and spoke to BETH in their Customer Service Dept. She advised me that she was relatively new and would have to check with their Stores Manager to see if it was still an item they stock because my lawnmower was 5 years old. Beth said she would call me back in a few minutes (I've heard that before!!!), but 4 minutes later she called back to advise me that the correct blade was found and was available to order. I duly placed the order with Beth who advised me that it would be a 3 -5 day delivery. I explained that my lawn was in desperate need and asked her if anything could be done to receive it within a 2 day period. "I'll do my best"was her reply. At 1:30pm, the following day, (yes, the next day), my new blade arrived delivered by Yodel. Brilliant service Beth. Thank you - You are a superstar.”

“Open good hours with a good variety of stock. Parking is convenient, although it can get a little too busy to get a space. Usually, only 1 till open with them relying on you to use self service check out even when it's busy. Cash point is located outside, which is handy.”

“This is a very large tesco situated close to the centre of Hucknall Nottinghamshire. Like all tescos, there is a great variety of products on sale that range from foods to clothes and other bits. This Tesco has a good fresh bakery section. I used this shop to get a few photos printed out from a recent holiday. The service was quick, low costing, and the photos came out at a decent quality. This tescos has a very large carpark, which is handy for me as when I went, I was towing a large plant trailer and needed to find 5 spaces next to each other.”

“Having read some poor reviews of this Chemist I did wonder if I 'd been wise choosing them for my repeat prescriptions. After phoning to confirm my prescription would be ready I was assured it would be. Upon arrival all was indeed ready to go. They even helped to make sure future prescriptions would be ready at the due date. I found the Staff to be pleasant and efficient. As it's right next door to the Medical Practice it could hardly be more convenient.”
