Despite us telling the piercer this we were told we were wrong. Took her to Platinum today to buy a nose ring and the piercer, Jay, (very subtly) asked about the original piercing which confirmed our thoughts. Jay was incredibly kind and repierced my daughter's nose, in the right place. Not only was it in the right place but it didn't hurt or bleed like before. Jay was friendly and as a parent I absolutely trusted him. I will never, ever go back to the other place and absolutely recommend Jay at Platinum.”
