In my case there were unexpected/unrelated inadvertent minor issues following the (excellent body work repair) - whereby the car wouldn't start for staff when I had already been asked to collect the car for the completed job. Halo then took steps and went the extra mile in making sure the car was driveable for me . This took a further week. During that time I was able to keep the courtesy car as is essential to my caring job in the Community (so there was positive local impact). I cannot thank (all) staff enough for their overall approach, kindness, personability and efficiency. They made me feel valued and secure as their customer and I am so grateful. “First class MOT service from the team down at Fast Fit. Guarantee if you take your car here they won't invent faults to try and get business. I knew of two possible advisories before the MOT and they found and recorded both. In both cases told me that there was no immediate concern and would probably last a good couple of years but to keep an eye on it. Good honest mechanics are hard to find in this day and age.
