“Popped in as it was recommended to us and we were greeted by 2 lovely members of staff, chose our table by the fire and ordered drinks and small plates. Everything came quickly, my cocktail was yummy, hubby was won over because his come came in a bottle. Our food was absolutely gorgeous and being by the fire watching the world go by was just perfect”

The cafe itself is located very central on this nice little English town. @tmosphere is as always cool, very French feel and people sit near to each other but still there is some tables that can be separated from others. “I recently noticed that this store opened so decided to visit it. The pizza is very good value (£5.99 for a medium pizza or £7.99 for a large pizza - 2 toppings). In my opinion, it tastes better than Domino's. I would definitely recommend going here as it's cheap and tastes great!”

“I had an absolutely wonderful meal at Spice Merchant in Henley. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed — perfect for both a casual lunchtime and a special occasion. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented and full of authentic flavors. Every dish tasted fresh and perfectly spiced, especially the winter warmers ,chicken tikka biryani. The naan was soft and fluffy, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the cooking and the service here. Easily one of the best Indian restaurants in the area. I’ll definitely be returning soon and recommending it to friends and family!”

“A surprise dinner booked by hubby. The restaurant is cosy with proper tablecloths. The mirrors on the walls make it look bigger but it was lovely. Staff are friendly, menu was quite extensive in choice and they still had specials available. Choices were beef carpaccio- veal - cauliflower cheese - minestrone soup and lam in mushroom and red wine sauce , potato’s and mixed veg…. It all tasted really good - we will be back”

We can't fault them, from the ease and efficiency of ordering online to the notifications of when it is ready to collect. Our meal was delicious, full of flavour, good portions and great menu choice. “Stopped off here for supper after a day exploring Henley. Excellent location, cosy and authentic Italian food with very attentive staff. The blonde lady who I assume is front of house there was particularly warm and welcoming when we arrived and made us feel very well looked after throughout the evening. We had the focaccia bread to start which we saw was freshly cooked from their pizza oven in the restaurant which added an even more authentic feel to the restaurant. Both had the beef bolognese which was perfect, very hot and the beef was really good quality. Wide dessert menu, we had the cheesecake to share but will be back for the hot chocolate sponge!”

“Amazing Chinese food with the new owner taking over a few months ago. Neighbourhood-friendly. I was feeling ill and the owner was kind enough to prepare an off-menu beef noodle soup for me — warm and delicious. Ordered the set menu for 2 people and the food was great, especially the beef, spare ribs, and the fish cake!”

“What a superb Chinese! When you're visiting from outside the area it's great to find a takeaway that's as good as your local favourite. Both food and service are brilliant, also it's an added bonus that you can pay by card. We'll certainly visit next time we're here!”

“Such a great place for food - we stumbled upon it by accident in the summer and have been several times. There is a lovely lake to walk round with the dogs and then pop in for a drink or food (dog friendly). We had a Sunday roast and the food came out quickly and piping hot. Would absolutely recommend, good food and good value for money”
