“I could not be happier with the level of service received from Les and girls in the office. Our PFT G4 decided to pack up out of the blue. I was recommended to call Les as other people I spoke to about the problem couldn’t help as they didn’t have sufficient knowledge of the machine. Les took my call on his day off and talked me through the testing of the machine until we identified the problem. The spare part was sent next day and in no time we were up and running again. We would have been in serious trouble with our tight schedule had we not been fortunate enough to have discovered PFT Northern. I can’t reccomend them highly enough. Thank you very much Les and the team.”

The chap had a look at it there and then but after 5 mins came back and said the retaining screw looked well past it day but if I wanted they would have a look in more detail & if i wanted could come back the following day and see how things were. I returned the following day and was given the opportunity to take it back home and order a new shaft screw or they could fit me a brand new shaft and it would be less than £20, i chose the latter. I was absolutely delighted with the customer service and quick response to my problem. Very grateful for the help and would definitely go again if a silimar problem arose. Well worth a visit”
