“Dronfield Wine World is a fabulous place! They have wines (and gin) to suit every pocket and Jane and Richard are really lovely people! They offer great advice and recommendations if you have no idea what to try or if you know what you wines you like and want to branch out a bit. The tasting evenings are so much fun (see pics below) and they are now running virtual ones! Great place to buy a gift or to get a bottle for a special event - I have bought many wine presents and they do lovely (free) gift wrapping. I have been making liberal use of their (also free) delivery service to make sure I am well stocked up during lock down..... So give your supermarket wine a miss and give them a try!”

“Great loads of good coaches but not only do you learn you have a good time when you learn with people who have competed at British but future Olympians my child has been going since she was 18 mounts old it is the best she has learnt loads and now is competing at Yorkshire gymnastics competitions and might be going to national finals next year .It is really the best highly recommended”

“Brilliant little centre with a cracking cafe and plenty going on in the lodge itself. Go every Monday for a fantastically run 2 hour play session for pre-schooler’s for only £2!!! Cannot recommend enough! ❤️”

3 Counties Shotokan Karate Club Dronfield is a community-focused martial arts school based at Henry Fanshawe School. “Still the same giant slide from when I was little and visited here. Nice park and a little cafe including toilets. Car park could be a bit better as not much room for many cars.”

“Came here on Saturday on my way home from walking in the peak district ordered the steak sandwich and a pint the steak sandwich was great for the price other meals coming out looked nice and the staff were really friendly and polite. Will be back again soon!”

“We stopped in here today with our dog for breakfast and a drink, and were not disappointed. The pub is clean, the staff are friendly and the food was very nice and great value for money. They even brought out a sausage in a separate bowl for our dog, which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be visiting again.”

“Nicest chippy in the area. Foods always fresh, no stale reheated rubbish, super friendly staff unlike some other local chippys. Perfect portion sizes and good prices all things considered. Just wish it was a little closer to my home lol”

“We had the "Small English Breakfast". Food was well cooked, in generous portions and quickly served by very friendly staff. Having eaten the "Small" option, it was hard to imagine how big the "Large" plateful is!! I doubt that either of us could have cleared our plates if we'd ordered the Large!! Highly recommended cafe and we will certainly be back soon!”

“Why can't I give 6 stars. It's a proper boozer with lovely staff and as for the entertainment I've paid a lot more money to see so called stars no where near as good. Friendly clientele, brilliant atmosphere and I tell you what, I'm going back!!!!!!”
