Everyone I spoke to was helpful, calm and just genuinely wonderfully understanding. I cannot understate how great my experience today was. I'm really thankful for all the hard work they are doing and I very much feel looked after and listened to. The building itself is easy to find, it's the large red brick property on south parade, it contains a number of other businesses, all professional, but is very quiet, I've never bumped into anyone indoors, so it's entirely discreet. There's always water to drink or tissues on hand if needed, in the clean and comfortable office. If you're reading this wondering if it's for you because something isn't right in your life, then do yourself a favour and try it for a session, there's never been any pressure for further bookings or to spend a fortune. 5/5.”
