βBooked in with Ian to have a DJ taster session with my partner. Ian is very friendly and personable, making you feel at ease from the start. It is apparent that he highly knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Very patient, a great teacher and can cater the session based on the equipment and software that you may have previously used. I would highly recommend if you are interested in learning how to DJ/mix.β
Creative Nails, Beauty and Training Academy is a premier educational and aesthetic hub located in Mexborough. This establishment serves dual purposes as both a high-end beauty salon and a professional training academy. They offer comprehensive courses for aspiring nail technicians, including beginners' gel and acrylic training. In addition to education, the academy provides expert nail services and beauty treatments to the public. The atmosphere is designed to be calming and relaxed, fostering a perfect environment for both learning and pampering.
βI have just finished a crochet for beginners course. It was fantastic, I have learnt so much and really enjoyed attending. Karen was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I was one of a group of 6, everyone had different capabilities but that didn't matter. Definitely would recommend the course to anyone.β
βLove this cafe, the staff are lovely- big ups to Sue xoβ
β2 of the most enjoyable and educational years of my life, amazing tutors, more than adequate facilities, directly next to tram stop and only a short walk from Crystal peaks. Genuinely amazing and would recommend. I studied Game, Animation and VFX and loved it there.β

Kindred & Kind Flower Workshops is a charming floral studio located within the beautiful grounds of Renishaw Hall in Eckington. Set against the backdrop of The Cutting Garden, it offers a serene environment for creative exploration near Sheffield. The studio specializes in hands-on floral education, hosting a variety of workshops throughout the year. Popular seasonal events include Christmas wreath-making classes where participants create bespoke holiday decorations. These workshops provide all necessary materials and expert guidance to help attendees craft unique floral arrangements.
βMy daughter has been attending Noodle for 6 years. We have found it to be an incredibly nurturing environment, her confidence has grown immeasurably. The teachers are all very talented and are very skilled at working with young performers. She has made friends she will have for life.β
βSofia joined Stagecoach when she was 8 years old and found her tribe! The staff and the students are so supportive and friendly and have welcomed and encouraged Sofia to reach for the stars. The weekly lessons and holiday clubs give her a real insight into the world of musical theatre and acting, as well as making some wonderful friends. Sofia has been given opportunities to perform with the touring production of Joseph, audition for West End performances, perform in a whole school show at the Octagon and be involved in local events like the Christmas Lights switch on in Sheffield; she has also learnt so much from the professionals who deliver the technical workshops. Sofia absolutely loves being at Stagecoach and her confidence has soared since being there. Debbie and the team bring the absolute best in her and I'm so proud of what she is able to accomplish with their support. Thank you to Debbie, Sam, Rowan and James and all the other wonderful people who work alongside you - you are all amazing and I canβt wait to watch this yearβs performances and hear all about the amazing time she spends with you all on a Saturday afternoon. If your child is interested in dance, drama or singing and you want a school that nurtures, supports and encourages your child and provides them with wonderful opportunities, I couldnβt recommend Stagecoach Sheffield any higher!β
βI actually live here in a Studio Room for 1 month, its actually pretty good, I think the rest of the reviews are based on 5yrs ago. (Alarm check every Friday in the afternoon, no big deal honestly) PROS: - Made a lot of request for fixes when I first moved and honestly they got the job done in 2 working days. (they were quick and responsive!) - I use the laundry room and made a request about the dryer not working, now it works perfectly! (Some rooms have a washer/dryer) - Bed is big, stove works, oven works, came with a sofa, heating works, got a big cabinet - Security is cool, gives you the laundry key if you're a night owl - Staff/Receptionist actually listens and helps! CONS: - Laundry room is far since I'm on a high floor, but I did choose the room and ended up getting a room without a dry/washer - No microwave or TV (some places come with either or both) - bathroom is small but I'm in a studio can't expect much - price is a bit more expensive then other places but has more of a luxury hotel vibe which is nice. Conclusion, Pros far out way the Cons! Definitely will be staying for 1-2 yearsβ
βAn incredible place to learn circus skills for people of all agesβ
βI have been wanting to join a dance class for a while now as I have always loved and been interested in Dancing and wanted to do something for me being a Mummy. My sister in law told me about Velvet Burlesque and how much she enjoyed it but i still put it off for a good while as i wasn't confident enough to sign myself up for it, basically making excuses but I finally did and was so nervous when the day came but Lara instantly made me feel so welcome and relaxed as soon as i walked through the door, she kept checking up on me throughout to ensure I was ok. Lara is a really friendly and lovely person and her teaching and encouragement is the best...trust the process! I am so glad I made the decision to join, the atmosphere is fab and it's boosted my confidence, I love it and look forward to going every week.β
βBest Music school for all age. Drum's classes by Ian West himself. And he is a legend today. We love everything about it.β
βOur local, local theatre. Saw a musical performance there on Saturday and returning on Friday for a Halloween comedy night. What fancy dress? A great little venue with a touring roster and the home crew.β
βA great venue and very family-friendly. Staff always so amiable and helpful. The theatre is modern, sleek and in a great setting. We've been to a few shows now, and always been keen to return.β
βDaniel & Emma weβre fantastic at facilitating a whole day of Boogie Bounce at our school. Very professional set up and delivery. The children (and staff!) loved every session and we canβt wait to do it. Thank you for a brilliant day!β
βFirst time that we went today, we were there 2 & a half hours, the kids (7 & 8) had a fantastic time and already want us to plan our return visit. Great environment for risky open ended play, my kids found activities that they liked doing and pushed themselves to try new thingsβ
βSaw Men at Arms here and was thoroughly impressed. The venue was great, I saw at least one person in a wheelchair so whilst I didn't see an accessible entry there must have been one. The seat size was okay, measurements were either on the website or quickly provided by email and the seat arms were moveable, which I particularly liked as it gave a little more room.β
βI gave it 5 stars based on atmosphere and friendly staff The theatre is obviously struggling for finances but it is delightfulβ
βReally lovely cafe with excellent and unique food and drink menus - both are delicious too! Extremely bright and airy space without feeling cold. Would thoroughly recommend as a spot to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, it really does feel very special and distinctly Sheffield.β
βLove the girls here , they treat you like a princess always have sound advice and thier best to make you look your best .β
βYeah this is a good barbershop when I first came in the shop I don't expect anything special but then I asked to get a skin fade let me tell you it was probably one of the best skin fades I ever had I would recommend it.β
βMy girls have been coming here since they were 2 years old. This isnβt just a dance school, EPA is a family where the teachers love our children and everyone who attends looks after one another. They are learning what it means to love Dancing, to work hard, to lose, win and most of all support everyone around them. Be there for each other. Thank you for welcoming us into the EPA family and always being there β€οΈβ
