On entering the reception I was met by Ryan, he advised the required inspection and the subsequent process should a repair or new tyres be required. He kept me informed of the works carried out to fit 2 new tyres and the way Kwikfit communicated by email & text. Ryan was extremely friendly, professional with a positive customer approach and attitude. I will certainly be a returning customer. Harry”
