I brought my bmw 3 series in with a really bad power/misfire issue after calling up the afternoon before, they diagnosed and fixed it within 3 hours, they was so honest about what the issue was and the price was so much cheaper than what I thought I’ll be paying. “Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!”
