“I was extremely nervous. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 12 years. I booked a one off NHS appointment here as I felt a gap in one of my teeth. My mum went in with me and they didn't question it at all. The assistant asked me if I was okay and was kind to me the whole time. I saw Abigail and it was a very quick replacement filling with nothing major, no decay or other issues) and she reassured me that it would feel strange for a while, which it did but it settled after a day or so. (Even checking it was lined correctly before I left) I will definitely go back again if I have any other issues as it is literally impossible to get a permanent dentist these days!”

Despite bringing it up several times at my previous clinic, I was only advised to maintain better oral hygiene and was occasionally prescribed antibiotics—none of which solved the root problem. Thankfully, I was eventually referred to this clinic, where a proper extraction was arranged. The procedure itself was quite challenging, as my wisdom tooth was fully impacted and growing sideways. However, Dr. Emmanuel and the nurse on duty that day handled the situation with great patience, professionalism, and adaptability. The surgery was ultimately successful, and my wound has been healing very well. I'm truly thankful for their support and care throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!”
