“Literally the best nail salon. Ha and her partner are the absolute best and the talent and skill is unmatched. I’m a regular customer and there’s simply nowhere else I would go to get my nails done. I usually have acrylics ( requested nail art, nail decals, gold leaf foiling, 3D pearls) or infills, removals or a fresh full acrylic set and every time I am blown away by the little works of art they create on my nails. Truly perfectionists and a relaxed atmosphere to chat or sit and enjoy the process. They can tailor their talent to an idea or image you have of your chosen design and I always trust them to not just do it but do it better than the image. Sometimes it’ll feel like a collaboration and we’ll create or change a design or an idea I have to make it totally unique. Incredible for the price and quality of artistry you get. “I came here for business reasons and the hotel staff are magnificent, especially the night team comprising of two wonderful gentleman who deserved every poppadom I brought them. The rooms were comfortable and the shower not too bad! The only reason for a subtraction of a star is the silly glass pane that is used to block water from exiting the shower. It’s ineffective and makes the floor slippery. Please install a permanent fixture that extends further along the bathtub side. I’m no expert on showering appliances, but that’s my personal take on it. I loved the free bottles of water with the room, I find that to be such a wonderful feature of any room I stay in! The spa facilities were alright, the woman was very kind on the front desk. The steam room was far too cold to be classed as one, and had a strange odor to it. I won’t subtract stars for this as it’s not technically part of the hotel’s management. The bar staff were kind to me, especially the long-haired young fellow who made sure I got a lovely chicken Cesar salad for lunch! I recommend staying at this hotel. Parking’s free too!”

“I got an IV drip done by Roma and she is absolutely amazing. Very friendly, a good chat, and she made sure I was always comfortable. Provided me with a bottle of water and snacks if needed. Very clean clean and well put together clinic. Highly recommend. My mum also came in and got a hydrofacial done by Leanne and when she was done with it my mum was over the moon and glowing with the results. Very happy and I’ll be back here again”

“Went with no idea what kind of extensions I wanted or colour. Had consultation and decided clip ins and ordered there and then. Just been back to have them fitted, checked talk through how to fit and after care. They look amazing, colour match is perfect and feel really secure. The ladies there are all amazing, so friendly and have the time to spend with you to make sure what you want is right for you. Would recommend anyone to go here. Great service”
