“This service has helped me more than any other service I have been under. I have had my fair share of workers who weren’t so good at this team which hindered my progression and support, but hopefully that’s in the past. The staff I work with now listen to me, support me and help me with anything I am struggling with (despite their new. management who are not so good). I just want anyone who’s thinking of accessing support to know this team will help you. I’m no where near the place I was 12 months ago: things are still hard but I became stronger than I ever thought possible because of my self and this team. so please don’t be put off by the negative reviews. They are a small underfunded service doing their best.”

“i had an appointment here, there are a couple of parking bays directly outside which are 1£ an hour..also, there is a large carpark just across the road which is way overpriced and is pay as you leave which can be confusing for first time users..the staff inside are lovely, friendly and the atmosphere inside was calming and very neat and tidy.”
