PD Warrior is an exercise programme designed specifically for the person in the early stages of Parkinson’s. Evidence suggests such a programme favourably modifies the course of the disease. It is good for people who are reasonably fit, active and motivated but also works for those whose disease is progressing, but are mobile. Laura and Kelly are highly skilled and experienced physiotherapists who specialise in treating a range of neurological conditions, particularly Parkinson’s, and they provide specific tailored exercise programmes and advice for Parkinson’s both in a group setting or individually.
