The room was so zen, low lighting and amazing smelling. The head treatment it’s self was so calming, the knowledge Adele had on all the massaging techniques and pressure points were out of this world, it really did make you forget about everything else in the world while you were in her hands! My scalp feels super clean and revived after also booking to have a cut on my hair to remove all dry ends. All product build up removed & hair left feeling silky smooth. I must start by saying that I have my hair cut about once a year and don’t have a single salon that I regularly visit, but my appointment at Perfection might have just changed that! Generally there was a really positive vibe in the salon and it was nice that the staff were talking to their clients and not just each other. Amber was so lovely! She gave me exactly what I asked for in a way that flattered my features. She talked me through everything that she planned to do and the products she used on my hair. I consider myself low maintenance when it comes to my hair because it can be overwhelming when you don’t know where to start. But Amber gave me a good understanding of the products and their qualities. I will be making some investments in them when I go back for a cut, which will definitely be in less than a year’s time after my lovely experience there. I stepped out feeling like an improved version of myself! Thank you Perfection and Amber, for making me feel that bit more confident!”
