“We wanted to write a review to thank Marie in the kitchen department for being very helpful and professional with us during our appointments. Nothing was to much trouble and explained everything to a very high standard. She went the extra mile from coffees, ensuring parking reg confirmed to adding our dogs into the illustrations and also checked regularly if we were comfortable. On multiple times we changed our ideas and requirements and Marie happily supported us and changed everything with no trouble at all. We have decided not to purchase from B and Q this time (product related) but just wanted to give feedback on the excellent customer service we received in store from Marie, Compared to other places we visited.”

“Danny and his team replaced our main bathroom and en-suite bathroom and we are absolutely delighted with the results. From having the team come out to measure up to the store visit to choose the fittings and then the final installation we had an excellent experience. The products are all of high quality and the finish is fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were so impressed with the quality of the workmanship that we asked them to also replace our downstairs toilet room and again have been left with a beautiful modern room which they helped us design to get the maximum storage out of the space. We have had excellent aftercare service as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a new kitchen or bathroom.”

“This was a fabulous pub for drinking, located conveniently in Worksop train station! The design maintains heritage and has a raw feel, seating is very comfortable and plenty of selection for beers on tap.”

The fitting team were brilliant, Daz and Harry undertook the bulk of the work. Daz was extremely helpful and his attention to detail ensures a very high quality finish. Thank you so much for the care you took and the extras you kind carried out. I cannot find fault with this business, this post does not come near explaining the customer care delivered. “I contacted Caroline to enquire whether an old piece of "brown" bedroom furniture could be updated in appearance for continued use, as in every other respect it was in good condition and fitted perfectly into the space where I wanted it placed. I met with her to discuss my thoughts and she gave me lots more options to think about. Having agreed what I wanted her to do, Caroline sourced the materials and the work was completed within a week at a price I was very happy to pay. I am now the proud owner of a lovely rejuvenated piece of furniture thanks to Caroline.”
